Sweet Potato Chips Recip

Ingredients
 1 medium - large sweet potato (unpeeled)
 Olive oil
 Paprika Sal
 Chilli flakes (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 200C (I use rapid heat and preheat for less time,
or you can use the conventional setting with more preheat time) and line a baking tray/dish with aluminum foil
Cut sweet potato in half, then in half again, and then into thick cut chips (see photos)
Put sweet potato chips into a bowl and drizzle some olive oil, then add paprika, salt and chilli flakes
Toss chips to get an even coverage of oil and spices
Place chips on tray, skin side up and evenly spaced (not touching each other if possible)
Cook for 20-25 minutes
Enjoy!
